Simply step out of your car, and you are at our doorstep.

Each appointment lasts up to 60 minutes, giving you the time and space to focus entirely on your wedding dress and vision. There is no rush, just a calm, relaxed atmosphere where every detail is taken into consideration as we work together to perfect your dream.

The Fitting Suite

While we offer a beautifully appointed space dedicated for brides to try on wedding dresses, our dedicated fitting suite, designed specifically for bridal dress alterations and bespoke fittings, continues the experience and upholds the same high level of elegance with even more function. Thoughtfully created with precision in mind, the suite features a stunning, backlit central mirror flanked by two  45-degree angled side mirrors, allowing you to view every detail and silhouette from all angles. Here, nothing is overlooked.

This is a room built to work, with even more space than our dressing room you can walk and move to make sure your bridal dress performs as it should. Luxurious seating for your guests ensures they can enjoy every step of the process too, watching your wedding dress come to life. Alterations and bespoke work should never feel like an afterthought; they are a meaningful continuation of your journey, where every fitting is as memorable and significant as the moment you first found your bridal gown.

With additional seating for you to slip shoes on and off, and thoughtfully placed clothing rails to keep everything organised, this is a space where comfort, functionality, and luxury come together. It’s an integral part of your bridal experience.

How it works

All appointments are subject to availability. Once you’ve secured your slot through our online enquire form, we will arrange a complimentary consultation to explore your alteration requirements in full. This is your time to tell us how you want your dress to look, feel, and move on the big day, so we can guide you on what is possible and map out a clear, confident plan for your alterations journey. We will also be able to advise you on cost and timeline. If we need a little more detail, we may suggest an extra in-person consultation, especially for more involved work that falls within our bespoke made-to-measure or from-scratch pieces.

Once you’re happy with the plan and ready to move forward, we’ll book you in for your first bespoke alterations appointment. Most brides usually need three to four fittings, with extra appointments if you’re having more bespoke work done. Either way, we’ll always do what’s needed to make sure the final result feels flawless. You can pre-book all fittings in advance if you already have a good idea of your availability, or we can schedule them step by step after each appointment to keep things flexible and stress-free. As we reach the final stages, your gown will be expertly steamed and pressed ready for your final fitting, the moment where everything comes together.

Time Scale

Your first alteration fitting appointment is usually scheduled approximately 12 weeks before your big day and your final fitting around 2 weeks prior. Whether your journey involves three or four fittings, the remaining appointments are thoughtfully spaced equally throughout the 10 weeks in between. For bespoke bridal work, this timeline may be extended due to the intricacy and craftsmanship involved. In such cases, the process may begin as early as 24 weeks before your wedding to allow for design development, fabric sourcing, and tailored execution. Your bespoke wedding alterations schedule will be discussed in detail and finalised during an initial phone or in-person consultation to ensure every step is perfectly timed for your celebration.
